ABSTRACT - Organizational climate is a multideminsional construct and has a role to influence service quality reflected through the increasing of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research was a quantitative study through a cross-sectional approach. It involves 150 staff selected from private hospitals in indonesia. The data was analyzed by Structural equation model (SEM) to identify structural relationship among variable. The hypotheses tested in this study include:1) There were relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Service quality (SQ);2) There were relationship of Organzational climate (OC) to OCB; 3) There were relationship between OC and SQ.Findings 1) the GFI was 0,886(unfit); 2) AGFI 0,839 (unfit); 3)TLI was 0,841 (unfit); 4)CFI was 0,871 (unfit); 5)RMSEA 0,085 (unfit). structural analyzed found that all hypotheses was rejected because all P values>0,005. The CFA test presented the loading factor of managerial tools <0,5 means invalid indicator. It is concluded that organizational climate did not have role in increasing OCB and Service quality in privte hospital in indonesia. The structural model have to be modified.Limitation : It is needed biq sample size to test the developed model through structural Equation Model (SEM) and some indicators of latent variable was invalid, suggested to chose other dimension of organizational climate reflected psychological capital.

ABSTRACT - In petroleum industry, parameters such as Pour Point, Flash Point and Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) are important in order to determine the ability of the products to be market. Due to the reason, it is important to make sure that the products specifications are met. Parameters control is not only important for marketing purposes but also to comply with rules and regulations that bound the petroleum industry. In petroleum industry, small mistake may cause hazard. The objectives of the research are to implement the usage of PID tuning for industrial application by using MATLAB software and also to configure distillation column of oil refinery industry for critical product quality prediction. The needs to comply with the environmental laws and products specifications are the major problems that must be solved

ABSTRACT - The purpose of education implementation to the universal values contained in Pancasila need to be explored, so that correlated with Islamic values that have dimension of rahmatan lil ‘alamin. So those values are be built mutually, complementary, and intertwined in an integrative thinking framework. This integrative value framework is the basis of students education and character development, so that they do not split their souls between ideology of Pancasila and religion. National Political Publishing House, Vietnam
ABSTRACT - This paper proves that the Communist Party of Vietnam’s leadership toward the State and society in Vietnam is an inevitability of history, because of the characteristics: (1) the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam has been affirmed as a historical fact of the nation; (2) the Communist Party of Vietnam leads the State and society in Vietnam with its position and role being the single ruling party; (3) it is constitutionally provided for the Communist Party of Vietnam’s leading role toward the State and society in Vietnam; (4) the content and mode of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s leadership toward the State and society in Vietnam. This paper also analyzes the issues posed to the leadership of the Party in the condition of building the socialist rule-of-law State, developing the socialist-oriented market economy and international integration that the renewal of the Party’s leadership is required to be continued with the aim of implementing the goal of rich people, powerful country and democratic, equal and civilized society so as to firmly advance toward socialism in Vietnam.

ABSTRACT - Every student in college or university is faced with dilemma when choosing theirs track or major. However, a decision still needed to be made. This research aims to explore the factors that influence the students in choosing the track for the diploma programme in Information Technology (Digital Technology) at Polytechnic Kuching Sarawak. The programme was introduced in year 2016, offering only Software and Application Development track and Networking Systems track. The findings of this study can assist the administration in deciding the number of classes to be offered for both tracks, thus optimise the available teaching resources in the polytechnic. A descriptive survey had been conducted using questionnaire to explore these factors which involving 72 respondents of which are the first semester students enrolled in the programme for Session December 2018. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and results reveal that students were mostly influenced by their personal interest, followed by availability of employment and education background whereas influence from coursemate is the least considered factor. The finding also found that regardless male or female, both are mostly influenced by their personal interest when choosing the track.

ABSTRACT - Dates seed activated carbon (SAC) was prepared as an adsorbent due to its efficiency to remove pollutants, ease to prepare and cheap. Preparation of SAC was needed several processes which are pre-impregnation and impregnation processes with Zinc Chloride (ZnCl2). The activation process was done at 500 °C for one hour. Prepared SAC was successfully characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX), CHNS Elemental Analysis, and BET Analysis. Results obtained from CHNS elemental analysis showed that SAC has 59.40% of carbon. The EDX results even showed the carbon content in sample SAC was highest which is 66.73%. Characterization of SAC by FTIR showed the dominant peak was hydroxyl and alkene group. SEM image showed the pattern and shape of SAC surface were homogenous in oval and circle patterns and the BET analysis showed surface area of SAC was 251.41 m2/g. In conclusion, dates seed have greater tendency to be a good starting material in the preparation of activated carbon based on the result obtain where dates seed activated carbon consist of high carbon content and good porosity.

ABSTRACT - Various institutions of higher learning in Malaysia have introduced many entrepreneurship programmes and courses to increase the interest of graduates in becoming entrepreneurs in the future. However, the entrepreneurial participation rate among graduates is still low. This paper aims to examine the factors contribute to the entrepreneurial intentions which are the needs for achievement, self-efficacy and environment factors. A survey has been The survey was distributed to 146 students of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Negeri Sembilan Branch, Seremban Campus. The analysis is using a regression analysis. The results show a positive relationship among needs for achievement, self-efficacy, environment factor and entrepreneurial intention among students. Since all the determinants lead to a high intention in becoming an entrepreneur, more programmes and activities can be provided to boost the motivation of the students.
